THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM ABU DHABI
OPENING CEREMONY
A jewel in the crown of Abu Dhabi's museum district, the opening ceremony was a spectacular created by People & Co in collaboration with Moment Factory. D4-Pro provided leading support with Libby filling the role of Project Director and Andy as Technical Designer.
This high profile event was filled with challenges. A tight timeframe, in a new venue undergoing the final stages of it's construction meant communication was absolutely key, with little room for error.
Libby's leadership allowed for rapid and informed coms across a vast array of stakeholders, while she demonstrated a masterful control of planning and budgeting with incredible results.
Andy's vast experience in developing concepts for delivery made it possible for an extremely complex and detailed installation to be managed smoothly, allowing flexibility and rapid responses to a fast moving program.
The result was a fitting opening for this prestigious venue.

PRADA MODE
Prada's iconic Mode event came to Abu Dhabi for the 1st time in it's illustrious history in 2025. This edition was conceptualised by the incomparable Theaster Gates who reimagined his stunning Serpentine pavilion from Hyde Park for the event. Fashion brand specialists Kennedy enlisted D4-Pro as local partner for planning and delivery. Our expertise in high end design and production as well as our knowledge of local practices and protocols were invaluable to the delivery of the event. We deployed a crack team, providing project management, budget control, overlay support, insightful detailing and oversight of production and installation. The end results received international praise for the sophistication and quality of production.
HAI RAMADAN @ EXPO CITY
Expo City celebrated Ramadan with a theatrical performance in Al Wasl Dome. Energie Entertainment devised a spectacular show which required two bespoke scenic elements. A fully animated life size whale and a substantial moon engineered to travel, carry performers, and provide additional levels to the stage.
D4-Pro was entrusted to design, produce and deliver both pieces, ensuring that they integrate and showcase the venues newly installed stage lift to maximum effect. Produced with sustainable materials and methods, the elements impressed audiences with their scale and ingenuity while reinforcing Expo City’s commitment to innovative and environmentally responsible cultural experiences.
T100 TRIATHLON
The first Dubai edition of the international T100 Triathlon required extensive overlay planning to support thousands of spectators and competitors across multiple venues. Falcon Events engaged D4-Pro to provide overlay design and spatial planning, producing detailed drawings to coordinate site layouts, competitor routes and facilities, alongside visitor journeys and user experience.
With multiple operational needs to align and tight timelines to meet, D4-Pro worked collaboratively with the client team to draw out key information and translate it into accurate layouts. These clear plans gave all stakeholders the visibility they needed, making setup and operations efficient and coordinated.
The result was a successful debut for the T100 in Dubai, delivered to international standards and leaving a strong foundation for future editions of the race.
WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM RIYADH
D4-Pro were selected by Time Entertainment to provide full overlay management for the 1st edition of WEF ever held in the Middle East. Working as an integral part of the core team we provided planning support for all aspects of the event from overall layouts, through protocol and security, to detailed planning for individual events. This mammoth task included full location and venue studies as there were no existing plans for the area. Our methodical approach meant that the multiple agencies and thousands of staff involved from around the world were able to communicate with clarity and efficiency, ensuring the event took place without a hitch.
QCZ FORUM
Since 2023, D4-Pro has supported Alserkal Advisory and Dubai Culture in designing and producing the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Forum, a two-day event transforming Al Quoz into a hub for creativity and innovation. The forum marked the brand’s first step into a physical environment, moving beyond its digital presence.
By the second edition in 2024, the scope had evolved, requiring greater impact within carefully managed resources. D4-Pro responded with inventive design solutions and patient client management, breaking down decisions into clear steps to keep the project moving forward.
The result was a successful forum delivered on time and to a high standard, reflecting D4-Pro’s strength in both design and process management.
ALYA IN TERRALAND
During COP28, Energie Entertainment staged Alya in Terraland at EXPO City’s Sustainability Pavilion, a theatrical production conceived by artist Paul Bester. D4-Pro provided scenographic design and production, translating Paul’s concept models into a live stage environment with precision.
Our role was to preserve the integrity of the artist’s vision while ensuring the design could be delivered on time and within budget. D4-Pro’s technical expertise allowed us to bridge concept and reality, producing scenery that matched the creative intent without compromise.
Delivered to carbon-neutral standards, the production combined artistic authenticity with sustainable methods — demonstrating D4-Pro’s ability to unite creativity, practicality, and responsibility
Still From Here
D4-PRO were chosen by Alserkal Avenue to reproduce installation art piece, Still From Here for Saudi artists Phi Studios. Originally produced over several months from concrete and resin in the Saudi desert as part of Noor Riyadh, we were tasked with re-engineering it's construction for temporary display in a Dubai art gallery during Quoz Arts Fest. With only 1 week from initial request to installation it was a challenging project. Our solution lost nothing in translation and delighted visitors with it's interactive charm.
